For me, creating has always been about turning real experiences into something meaningful. Through my books, Casteel & Co., and the projects I continue to build, I’ve found ways to tell stories that might otherwise go unheard and create conversations around the things we don’t always talk about.

My work has grown from my own experiences, but it has never been only about me. Whether I’m writing a book, publishing someone else’s story, creating a magazine, or starting something completely new, I want what I create to have a purpose—to connect people, open conversations, and remind someone that their story matters.
